With indirect hiring of stainless steel suppliers, it would give you several benefits such as no need to allocate time and effort in negotiating with them, there’s no need to research for the best suppliers; the middleman would do it for you, you will be able to leverage the experience of the middleman since it is their job and no need to find good deals, as again others will do it for you. However, with all these benefits, its drawbacks would be usually more cost because you have to pay the middleman as well as the suppliers and you have no total control with the supply.
If you work directly with stainless steel suppliers, not only you don’t have to pay a middleman to do the job but rather you now have a full control over the transactions and in terms of long-term viability, you will be able to save more as long as you do the research and pick the suppliers carefully.
